The Achiever NewsletterAchieveMax® Company Seeks Customers' Information PreferencesIn the last issue of The Achiever, our readers received a survey that asked about newsletter preferences in printed and/or World Wide Web forms. This study was conducted because, like many businesses, we wanted to know if our customers would prefer receiving information by viewing a home page on the World Wide Web. The first part of the study examined the implications of indirect communication with our customers if we had a World Wide Web site. The second part of the study addressed our customers' preferences of company newsletters in printed and/or World Wide Web forms. This part of the study compared customers' preferences of printed and World Wide Web communications in terms of writing, topics, layout and design, graphics and photos, and color. This study was intended to help us understand which form of communication that our customers prefer, while also giving us a better understanding of how our current customers use the Internet. Although many of our customers do not use the Internet, we are currently considering developing a Web site for our customers who use the World Wide Web. Publication Date: Fall 1996
